with a free inspection of your property and rental valuation together with
a copy of our latest brochure.
On receiving
instruction to manage your property Appiedaize Service includes:

property
- Inventory advice
- Detailed Inventory
preparation of the contents, decoration and condition of the
property
- Gas, electricity,
phone and council tax transferred to the tenants name
- Dilapidation
deposit retained from the tenants against any cleaning or
repairs necessary, after completing the inventory check at the
end of the tenancy
- Tenancy Agreement
preparation to protect the owners right
- Preparation of
Landlords Schedule setting out the parameters the owner wishes
us to operate in
- Detailed Tenants
selection including taking up four references, Bank, Employer,
Professional and Previous Landlord as well as credit checks on
self-employed
- Appiedaize
accompanies all prospective tenants when viewing a property
- Collection of Rents
- Payments to owners on
the 17th of each month via electronic transfer
- Payments of insurance
and water rates
- Service agreements at
owners request
- Quarterly statements to
owners covering all financial transactions
- Maintenance and repairs
- Routine inspection
visits to the property

Fees for this inclusive service is
currently 10% of the gross monthly rental.
